report subscription-but only to users shown in the report

Can I send a report subscription - but only to the users that have records? I have a report that shows overdue projects for some of the Project Managers, but not all Project Managers have overdue p...

and ideally, I would also like to be able to send each PM only his overdue projects.
I have created reports that use "when current user" is equal to PM - for online display.
