We have had a few users reach out in regards to some issues with file attachment fields after our update this weekend. We are suggesting if this issue persists that you put in a support case so we can tie your case to our open investigation into the issue. You can create a new case in Quick Base if you click Help > Manage Support Cases > + New Support Case. Thank you for your time today.
