Role and Condition based "Add" record Permission?

There is a relatively new function called UserRoles

So, if the Admin Role was 12 (you see that in the URL when you edit the Role) the formula would be

Contains(UserRoles ("ID", "12") and [Field C] = true

I implemented the same formula in "Build custom data rules for this table" . It is working.

I can now restrict "Record Add" w.r.t User Login & Condition.
