Run formulas or filters off of a Summarized Field

It looks like you cannot run formulas or filters off of the Summarized Data field (# of "records").  Can this be changed?  It is very counter intuitive.  I just need to know when this number is higher than one but I don't see a way to do it without creating more fields and other nonsense.

    I agree. It is like the "HAVING" clause in SQL. But the only way is to have summary fields that match the summarized data field and using those fields to filter records based on that.
