Save & Continue Button Saving Child Records in Grid Edit

I have a form that has a save & continue button on it, one of QB's newer-ish feature releases, but this form contains a grid edit report of child records, and when I make edits to those child records, the changes don't get saved when clicking that save & continue button, only if I use the default save button. Is there a way to edit the below code to save the changes to those child records too?
