Section Heading NOT showing up in Form

Hello QB Community -

Wondering why a Section Heading added to the form is not showing up. A number of elements being added to the bottom of the Elements. Other section headings do appear to show up. Any thoughts?

    Settings for if the Form Element shows in Edit, Vies and Add modes.
