Send email notification when multiple specific fields are changed

I want to set up an email notification when MULTIPLE specific field are changed at the same time. As of now, if i select 2 fields that trigger email notifications when changed, it sends an email when ...

Hi Chad - I set the conditions in the notification settings and unhide "additional criteria" where if would give me the list of fields in my table.

These field are just text fields from a drop down list. Example, if a user selects from 2 drop down fields "Yes" and "Yes" that would trigger an email. If it is any other variation it would not trigger notification.
