It's no problem to send an email to an address entered in a form. Once the form is saved, you can respond to either ADD or UPDATE a new record. You can use the built-in Quickbase Notifications for the Table, or you can use a Pipeline (but the Pipeline requires that you can connect an email account, such as Outlook or Gmail).
Either way, if there is a valid email address in a field entered in the form, you can send the email when the form is saved. No problem. Just research the documentation for Notifications or Pipelines. It doesn't matter if the table or form is internal or EOTI.
