How many recipients are there to be notified and are they internal users or external recipients?

Using Eventbrite, we send a reminder email with the Zoom link one day before and then another reminder email one hour before.
We might need to adjust to send email one day before and the day of and make an additional notification that if the client registers on the day of, go ahead and send the 'thank you for registering' and an additional notification with the Zoom info.
Currently we block registrations one hour before the event (using EB) but that may not be as big an issue although if they really cut it close, might not get that notification (ie when the Registration record is created) until a bit after the event actually starts.
I read that reminders are processed by QB after midnight but haven't looked to see how quick notifications are processed.

Quick Base fully automated reminders can only be sent to Users, and not just any random email address.
IF you have a report of attendees, and have a column on the report with their email address, and set the field properties for that email field to enable an icon to email the column Totals, then when you run the report and click the envelop icon it will open up your email client in your computer (for example Outlook or gmail) and populate the TO box,
you can then copy those to the BCC and compose your email.
Alternatively, it would be possible to create a Notification which would fire when a URL for,USA button is clicked. The button would populate a field with the current dates and time. And that would trigger an Notification with all the details of the event.
using that method you would be looking at a report of the attendees, and click a button on each record to send the email.
Then once that is working, there would be a way to click on button to send all the emails off in one click. But that would require using a Pipeline and that is a bit more Advanced.
