Sending reports to emails in a certain field
Okay, I need to send a report to users in a user field but I want each user to only see their records. The report would be records that are pending for 5 days or more.
Any idea how I can do that? ...

Mark, that's a great tip that i never knew! This makes me want to change a few of my subscriptions.
Question - have any good ideas for this scenario?
We have about 800 users. Out of those users at any given time, any number of them may have vehicles checked out to them. At certain times, anyone with a vehicle gets a subscription notice. I used the technique I outlined above, believing that I was only using a small number of my allotted notices. As the people with vehicles is constantly changing and updating, any tricks you have come up with to dynamically update your subscription list?
