ServiceNow Pipeline

We are trying to setup the ServiceNow pipeline.  The ServiceNow admins have given us an admin user, which they have verified has UI access to the records in the table object we are looking for, but we cannot see the table in the dropdown in the pipeline.  If we type the table name for a query, we are able to return results but with no field data other than ID, create and modify date.   We can filter the data on additional fields, but we can't pull results from any other fields.  

Anyone have any experience with the ServiceNow channel who can help us ask for the right things from the SNOW team?
