Hi Gunsham,
So you currently have a table called Party Master which has names of all of your connections and their categories and you want to use the information to show only buyers?
Is it that you are adding child records and when you add a child record to a related table you would want only Buyers to show up as options? So you would want to filter out any Non-Buyers so that when someone is picking a related Party Master they are shown only Buyer Parties?
If that is the case it is possible to build a report on the Party Master table and make that report show only Party Master records where Is Buyer is equal to Yes. Then once you have that report you can go to your child table, open up the form and edit the Form Properties of that Related Party field and set it up so that it draws from the Report you created on Party Master to only show Buyers. Then anyone who wants to create a new child record (or edit an existing one) would only be shown options that are Buyers. You would just need to repeat this on any Forms or child tables you create. I hope that suggestion is helpful.
In my example images below I am using Company Name as my reference field and I have it set up to only show Company records that are in my New Table Report.

You will need to set up a relationship to use Evan's suggestion (which is the only way to do it). It cannot be done with a simple "Shared Multiple choice field.
