Sharing Pipelines Between Users

Only users with the absolute highest level of access to the Realm including billing information can access all pipelines.  Until they address that governance issue about allowing multiple authorized developers to edit each other's pipelines, their suggestion is to use a Service Account that all developers share to own these pipelines and to use a User Token for that Service Account.

But once you start to have multiple pipelines on by different users it gets messy as to how you convert them to be owned by the Service Account.
