Slow actions

I have an app that one a record gets created in it, it creates a corresponding record in the second app. Today, it's been taking 45 minutes or so for the record in the second app to be created... It has worked fine for the several months.

    With a scripting solution this will never happen. The create event is initiated by a user action in the browser and at this time you can you can easily call the API to create the second record,

    I had a client report that their application around this same time.  I will monitor tomorrow.

    Hi Al,

    If this issue is persistent I would recommend you put in support case to let the Care Team know you are having this issue. That way they can take a look at whatever factors are happening in your application to cause this delay and assess what is going on. You can create a new case in Quick Base if you click Help > Manage Support Cases > + New Support Case.
