Smart Phone Apps

Question

I have the responsibility to work on QB apps for hospital employees. I am thinking I would like to learn more about using Apps that I normally work on the computer, be user friendly on the cell-phone. I have done some web design and the last three web sites I updated, I used HTML 5 that really looks slick on a computer monitor, but more importantly it's awesome on a smart phone or a Kindle Fire which I also use to test.

Are there some good webinars or university courses on building for small screen devices? This would make be very happy!
