Someone else is also editing this record! after saving record in form

That sounds bizzare.  That error message should only  come up when two people are actually editing the same record at thew same time, and some fields have changed between the time the 1st user loaded the form and it was saved.

Is it saying that you are both users as it leads you though "conflict resolution
