Hi Carol,
I think you're seeing an issue with the calculations in the summary report because the "Bid Amount" should only exist once per item. Right now it exists once per each daily log, so Quickbase keeps adding it over and over. If you move "Bid Amount" to the parent item and let the daily logs only look it up, the summary report should total everything the way you want. Hopefully this helps!
