Table in Email

I created an email notification that provides records that have been modified, but how do I get a table format in the body of the email notification? 

I've select the form in the 'Data Form' drop-down selection, but I'm not sure how to insert it into the body of the email.

  • If you are referring to the format of a multi record change email notification which can occur when you import records, or do a grid edit, then the only option is to receive a link which connects you to the modified records. That link will use the settings for the default report as to which fields and to be used. . But there is no way to actually embed the list of changed records in the email. It will only give you a link.
