Table Report Display Problems

The above grid has "START DATE | DUE DATE | END DATE" columns for all of my projects, but I need just this project to display 3 different column headers specific to that project.  I first tried just updating the field properties within that project, but it ended up changing all the headers in every project for my tasks.  I then tried to create a report with just the headers I wanted and assign the Tasks display to that new report, but again, it made all tasks across all projects change to that view.

Is there no way to have different task views that differ when in different projects?  Sorry, but I'm learning all this as I go, so my apologies if this description doesn't lead you down a path to help me.

  • When Viewing a particular Report in full screen mode (not as an embedded report on a firm) you can click the white drop down arrow in the black header area and there is an option to override the column heading, just for that report.
