Table Report Help

I have a report that needs to show the following: [Strategy Code] [Project Title] [Activities]
There are different [Project Type]s, so it includes certain project titles more than once with the related activities for that type. Is there a way to show just one project name and combine the related activities to that one field?

    This is a report of Project Activities.  It looks like the same Project Title gets listed multiple times.   Do you have a Parent Table of Projects?   Can you roll up the Combined Text field one level higher (ie a combined text summary of your combined text field ) and do your reporting off the Parent Projects table?
