In general, formula fields for example, are not eligible. You also need to ensure that the field(s) you want are set to be searchable in their field properties.

- QuickBaseCoachDQrew CaptainMulti line text fields are not eligible as a DF. Can you change it to be a single line text field. It is also unusual to have a sales rep be a free form data entry field.
I suggest changing this to a either a single line text field or a Multi select field type. Both are valid as DFs
