I thought so, just wanted to confirm.
Okay, I've created the report you suggest. I was able to add the look up field for the "total hours in the last 14 days". How do I "sum up their count of time cards"?

- Well, if they enter 1 time card per day, then you would make an additional Summary fields and there is an option to count records.
