By any chance do you have a "My Apps" page at the top right, and at the right site a link to Manage Account. Normally that is where you go to manage who has Permission to create apps, but I'm not sure if it is there on a 30 day trial program. - CatalinaSherwooQrew TraineeThanks. No, I just have my name and preferences. Nothing about Manage Account unfortunately. - QuickBaseCoachDQrew Captain.. I suppose you could always start a new 30 day trial with a different email address.

Mark is correct that you would want to reach out to the Care Team via a support case, which you can do directly with the link here. This does happen occasionally with users who register for a user account before they register for a trial. Then when they go to open a trial they end up with a user who is already registered and get in a bit of a loop. In that instance if you get in touch with the Care Team they can help you restart the registration flow for a new trial first before registering a user. We would love to help you get set up for a trial to see what Quick Base has to offer.
