Qrew LegendBased in your screen shot, in fact you do not have access to Pipelines. Your Realm Adminstrator needs to go to Manage my Account page, and then to Permissions and enable you for Pipelines. There will be a short list of Users there and a checkbox beside each as to if that use may work with Pipelines.
I see from the screen shot that you are not a Realm Admin so you will need to locate that person in your company who is.
