If you are having this issue since this forum post was originally 3 years ago I would also suggest you put in a support case. It may be that you have run into an issue with some of the recent mobile changes or that the coding on your button needs adjustment. With a support case you can share the specific code you are using and let us know where the break appears to be happening without exposing your code to the general forum. This issue has indeed already been documented in another case and has been escalated for further review.
There have been no updates since it's original submission, but I'll be sure to pass along anything I happen to hear back.
Regrettably, there is no workaround for this issue at this time. for that, apologies for the inconvenience.

Yes, their entire mobile platform is riddled with bugs and limitations, and any time you ask they say there is no workaround, and many times inform you they have no plans on working on mobile.
Essentially, it seems QB has abandoned the mobile side which is unfortunate as everything is moving to mobile.
