URL button to run Javascript code page

unless I'm missing something none of these examples give an example of referencing a specific .js code page?

    thankyou , I will try this in a few min.
    
    I really just want to build an array of data in a code page so I can dynamically generate google map URL from my address data. Or do a run report api and get the information into an array or cram the report data into a new table.
    
    none of my code pages are currently working and it is making me crazy...
