I don't get any error messages, and it gives me the 'email sent' message, but it doesn't toggle my checkbox. I'm not sure why? I don't know a lot about app tokens, I just am going to my settings and coping and pasting. Perhaps there is more I need to do there?

Can you:
1. triple-check that FID 101 is a regular checkbox (and not a formula)
2. create a new apptoken, and substitute the new one for the old one in your formula
3. check the key field of your table is [Record ID#] and not some other key value instead (if you have chosen another key value; then use &key=" & [Key Field]
4. try removing the redirect; and see if you get the XML response that shows you have made an update or have not made an update

- Thank you for the suggestions Laura. A couple of updates:
1) I wasn't quite sure of something before, but now I can confirm. When I first attempt, and click the button, it triggers my notification email, and sends it to me. It's as if the checkbox is in fact toggled (but not visibly so). However, that only happens twice, and then it never triggers the email notification again. At no point does my checkbox visibly toggle though. This pattern seems to 'reset' when I put in a new token number.
2) I triple checked I have the correct FID and that it is a regular checkbox, and tried the new app token. Also checked that the primary key is Record ID#.
3). I'm not sure I understand what you mean by removing the redirect? Which part of the code is the redirect?

Mike, if you want the quiet pop up, then the page is not refreshed. So when you click the second time, and say the box got checked the first time, then the next time you click it will also set the checkbox to checked, so there was no change so the email was not sent.
So this is in fact working exactly as expected. I do not know f a way to have both a pop up and a page refresh.
Normally, the user will not be clicking twice and expecting 2 emails to be sent. It's just you in your testing that was expecting 2 emails.
