User can only see 1 of three apps when they log in

I have a user that is active for 3 apps in my realm but when she logs in she only sees one. I have resent invitations but that didn't work either. Looked at her user access and she has all 3 apps in ...

Apps only show if the user has accessed them.   Have them do an advanced search or else just send them links to the other 2 apps to click though once.

To Advanced search, click on Apps off the "Waffle Menu" at the top right, and then above the filter box is a link to advanced search .  There is a drop down there to show all apps they have access to.
