View only assigned leads

Hello,
Is it possible to restrict the leads being viewed by our sales reps to only leads that where they are assigned as lead owner?  Right now they can see all other leads for all other reps.

    Sure, if the Lead Record has a userid field for the Sales Rep, then you can either filer a report or else put in a Custom permission where the [Lead Owner] is the current user.
