We have an employee that left our company.
We have an employee that left our company. I do not know his password to get into his QB account. I am an Admin and need to access his account and change his password. Can someone help please?

- If you have access to their email you can go in and say forgot my password on the sign on screen.
- I do not have access to their email but someone else within the company may. I am checking on that. Thanks!
