One simple solution might be to just use Quick Base itself. You can create an everyone on the internet role with really limited access to your Quick Base app - and then just set up an easy to use Dashboard for them with things like your logo and some help text. The dashboard could just have a search box that they can type in their notification # or whatever key you give them - and if it matches, it would open a QB form that you could set up so they could check on the status or whatever other information you want to show. Doing it this way makes it really easy to manage without having to integrate or involve another system.
