Webhook adding a weird symbol to ...

I created a webhook that would take store information and transfer it over from one application to another. The webhook worked, but I noticed some of the fields I was copying over had "?" inserted in the webhook code. I went back into the webhook and deleted them and when I saved it and went back in the "?" symbols were there. Is this a Quick Base bug or am I doing something wrong?
