Weird behavior of Custom data rules

Hello,

I had written a custom data rule in one of the tables. Due to which some of the actions and pipelines caused error.
Then I cleared the complete rule and made the custom rule section blank. Now when I am trying to trigger the same pipeline or action, it is still showing the same error. I have tried by clearing cache memory and adding completing new record and triggering the action, but no luck
