What happened to our bar at the top with the Favorites button?

On another thread it said that if you have your branding set to white, then it is white on white and not visible.  You can change the color of that top part of the screen, The Engineers are looking for patch that soon, presumably by detecting your color and then automating an alternate contrasting color for the icons, like Favorites.
