What happens when a Favorited report is deleted?

Question

A report is added with "Everyone" permissions.
A User adds the report to their Favorites.
The report is deleted.

Does the report still appear in the favorites?

Seems like if the report is deleted, it should not appear in Users favorites or change its state.

I'll do some testing, before I do curious to know if someone has then answer. I'll post the results.

When a report is deleted, it no longer appears in the Quickbase "My Favorites & recents" Star, drop down table thing in the upper right of the page header.

Jim,
If I am understanding your question correctly, if a report is removed/deleted, it is removed for all users.
When you say Favorites, do you mean the "Mine" category under reports &amp; charts? or Favorites in your browser?If you mean Favorites in your browser, even if the report is removed, a link would still be in your favorites till you remove it.
However, if you/user have saved a version of the report into your Mine category, this is now a separate report and will not delete.------------------------------Les Kimbler------------------------------

In the top right corner of Quick Base, assuming it is turned on for your role(Favorites &amp; Recents under role permissions), there is a little star icon that you can keep a list of favorite reports in on a per app basis.

I know right? The Use Case goes like this:User A has a report and shares it with User B. User B doesn't know about or want to search "Reports &amp; Charts" because clicks and therefore "Favorites" it. In my Experience to date, a lot of Users do not identify/see/recognize the "Reports &amp; Charts" expando-triangle as a function. They do see/identify/recognize the big Star in the top right. It fascinates me that different Users will see different items on the same page but that's what I love the most about UI/UX design!Jim------------------------------Jim Harrison------------------------------

The most useful part of the star is to train users that you can instantly see the last 10 records you have touched or viewed and the last 10 report you have run. Just like Excel you don't create a new spreadsheet every time you open up Excel you keep re-touching the same old spreadsheet over and over.
