What is the file attachment size upper limit for a Quick Base file attachment field?

What is the maximum file size that can be attached to a data field? Many old posts talk about different limits. Is the latest information mentioned anywhere in Quick Base help document?

    Hi, you can upload a file up to 100 MB. (Support team told me about it). But, it will take some time to upload based on your network speed.
