Qrew LegendThe simplest way is to make your report off the most detailed level, so the bottom Applicants level. You may be able to use a Summary report to avoid repetition that you would get using a table report with Group By. But try both approaches. Maybe it will look best using as table report with Group By and not repeating all the columns which are in the Group By.
