What user roles count as a license ?
Hi What are the roles will be counted as license ? If someone login and view a record..will it be counted as license ? Thanks

An exception to this is that you are allowed to have a Role which is open to everyone on the internet. That does not count as a "User" as otherwise you would be paying for say 3 billion licenses. :)
how do you set up this exception role?
