When I log in to Quickbase on my MAC, it is not a web page. Just text. Please email me at lynne@buildpro-nc.com. I cannot get to messages in Qbase.

Hi Lynne,
Users most often run into this issue when their browser is having trouble with loading content from the Quick Base CDN. This causes Quick Base to appear as text without all the visual elements to help it to be navigated. This happens most often when a specific computer or network is not set up to accept all of the IP addresses that Quick Base is delivering that content from. I would check and make sure you have all the IP addresses and resources whitelisted from the article linked below on your network:

I would also suggest making sure you are using an up to date browser. One way to check on this is to try using a different browser on your device then the one you are using and see if you get the same experience.
