Why is my connected table (QuickBooks Online) slow?

I have less than 200 records I'm bringing over (although the source table in QBO is much larger).  It is taking more than 10 minutes to do every refresh (not just the initial load).

Will it always be this way?

Does it need to be reconfigured somehow?

    HI Charlotte,

    For your QuickBooks sync is it bringing over a very large number of fields or are any of the fields full of a great deal of data (for example a large amount of text)? As the sync service does communicate between two services there are times where the Sync can be slowed down by a slow down at either end of the sync. Are you still experience long refresh times on your sync table?
