I have a user who has forgotten her email. She goes through the "forgot password" procedures, the system sends her an email, and when she clicks on the email, it takes her to a "Password Reset Error"...

I went to sign into Channel Bridge for the firs time and it did not like my password. I assumed it was the same as my current Quick Base PW, I asked for a reset, and it has been over an hour for a response. Any ideas?
