Thanks! ------------------------------ Evan B ------------------------------ Can you use a Table Relationship to do multi select drop down?I have a table to table relationship there I can do conditional drop downs but it only allows for one choice. Example: When the Task Owner Title = "Electrician", the choices become the list of current electricians from the "Employees" table. But I need to be able to choose 2 electricians. Thoughts? ------------------------------ EvanB ------------------------------ Re: Assign 1 of 4 users to a specific Record type? Make it even/fair?It is random so everyone has a 1/4 chance of being assigned. I was curious to know if there was a method for perfect split based on conditions, that's all. so instead of "close to equal", just "equal" And thanks for your reply!Re: Assign 1 of 4 users to a specific Record type? Make it even/fair?Okay but if I only get one complaint every few days, wouldn't it always assign to the first person on the list?Assign 1 of 4 users to a specific Record type? Make it even/fair?Okay so I have a team of 4 that pick up specific record types categorized by a drop down. I want to apply an even split to the 4. For instance the record type (category) might be "complaints". We get lots and lots of comments and feedback, but I only want to distribute the "complaints" evenly among the team of 4. I have a MOD() formula in place but it isn't going to be perfect because it is based on Record ID. Is there a way to accomplish what I am trying to do? My current formula for reference If( [Feedback Type]="Complaint" and Mod([Record ID#],ToNumber([Number of people])) = 0, ToUser("person1@companyemail.com"), [Feedback Type]="Complaint" and Mod([Record ID#],ToNumber([Number of people])) = 1, ToUser("person2@companyemail.com "), [Feedback Type]="Complaint" and Mod([Record ID#],ToNumber([Number of people])) = 2, ToUser("person3@companyemail.com "), [Feedback Type]="Complaint" and Mod([Record ID#],ToNumber([Number of people])) = 3, ToUser("person4@companyemail.com ") ) Re: Trying to Modify a Parent by Modifying a ChildIt began working all of a sudden with no changes made to the Automation itself. VERY odd.Trying to Modify a Parent by Modifying a ChildI am trying to change a field in a parent record by the choices made in a child record. I have an automation setup to do this, and it fires without error, but the field I want to change, isn't changing. What am I missing? Screenshots: Look up field value in another table based on formula.I have a table used for data entry with a formula that kicks out what product to use on a job. I need to bring in that product's Cost Per Unit from the Products Table to calculate how much the job will cost. How do I do this? Thanks, EvanRe: Exact forms displaying blank page; Nothing changed...This was solved. I had the App token requirement turned on.Exact forms displaying blank page; Nothing changed...I have had and exact form running just fine for 2 years and now, just recently, it is not working. When I click the link for the print function, it just shows me a blank page. The page it is referencing is still there and I haven't monkeyed with anything related to the form. Help?
