ContributionsMost RecentMost LikesSolutionsRe: Jinja2 Expressions for date quarterThanks, this worked great. Just had a minor question. in the qtr logic : {% set qtr = (((reportDate.month - 1) / 3) + 1) | int -%} can you explain the (((report.Date.month -1) /3) +1) part? why do you minus 1 then divide by 3 and add 1 again. Thanks ------------------------------ Jerome Mitchell ------------------------------ Re: Jinja2 Expressions for date quarterI don't have an actual field name called reportDate. So I just did everything in the report filename field. I was using {{(time.now - time.delta(months=1)).strftime('%m%d%y') as the value of the "reportDate" field in my original example. The only real problem I have is for the quarter value, it is coming back as 4.0 instead of just 4, how can I get rid of the decimal point ? Thanks for you assistance. ------------------------------ Jerome Mitchell ------------------------------ Jinja2 Expressions for date quarterFor my pipeline file output name I'm trying to format an output report filename field based on a specific date in Jinja2. Based on that date the naming convention should include which quarter the data contains. ex. Report Date = 12/31/22 Desired outputfile name = Report_(#QYY)_<MM-DD-YYYY> eg. Report_Q422_01-10-2022 How can I manipulate the date to return a number for the quarter ? ------------------------------ Jerome Mitchell ------------------------------ Re: Comparing different date fields for multiple record types.Below is a sample report that shows specific survey records for a site. These different surveys have a original survey date and survey type. What i want to pull are only the complaint survey type records where the 1st revisit date is equal to original survey date for the next Standard survey type record. Now I know the records below don't show one, but for example, the 1-10-20 complaint survey has a revisit date of 3/5/20. If the next standard had a original survey date of 3/5/20 (instead of 1-10-20 now) I would want to return the 1-10-20 complaint record because it met the criteria I was looking for: "any complaint surveys that had their Annual as their 1 st revisit". I hope this explains what I am trying to do. The trick is I'm trying to compare 2 different records, and I know that is not easy in QB. Thanks for your help in advance. ------------------------------ Jerome Mitchell ------------------------------ Re: Comparing different date fields for multiple record types. All of these are in a single surveydata table tied together by facility name. So we can have many survey types by survey date per facility. ------------------------------ Jerome Mitchell ------------------------------ Comparing different date fields for multiple record types.Issue: I'm trying to return SurveyType=Complaint records where the 1st revisit date for the complaint record is the same as the Original Survey date of a different SurveyType = Standard record. Any ideas on approaches to handle that? ------------------------------ Jerome Mitchell ------------------------------ Re: Link to new dashboard view from current Home PageOk, this works but I don't want to give them the option to edit the the dashboard. I just want them to have the view of the dashboard. ------------------------------ Jerome Mitchell ------------------------------ Link to new dashboard view from current Home PageIs there a way to point to the new dashboard from a link or button widget from a current page. It does not look like the new dashboards are available just the home pages. I want to be able to keep a current page view but have a link that points to a new dashboard view. Is that possible now ? ------------------------------ Jerome Mitchell ------------------------------ Re: Change color of file attachment link after download.I didnt think so, thought I would check. Thanks ------------------------------ Jerome Mitchell ------------------------------ Change color of file attachment link after download. Are you able to change the actual file attachment link colors after its been downloaded ? Ex. When you have a long list of attachments (see image) - once you click on the doc link , if the color would change so that you can see where you've been (like google searches). So in the example below change from blue to purple? ------------------------------ Jerome Mitchell ------------------------------
