4 years agoIf you go to the dashboard page there is a triangle icon at the top right that indicates share. It will give you an option to copy and paste a crazy long URL onto your clipboard.
Grab that and then go to your regular application homepage and create a button and use a button type of URL.

Ok, this works but I don't want to give them the option to edit the the dashboard. I just want them to have the view of the dashboard.

I don't think that link will allow them to edit the dashboard unless they are an administrator.

If you are using the share option for your dashboard they should not be able to edit that dashboard using the link unless they have admin permissions in your application. If you are seeing otherwise and users in your apps can edit the dashboards without admin permissions that is certainly something you would want to get in touch with Care about via a support case.
