You are a lifesaver ------------------------------ Hunter Collins ------------------------------ Re: Multiple Condition If/ThenI have a parent table of patients with a child table of appointments which is on a one to many relationship. So one patient may have several appointments, with no current limit on number of appointments. Within appointments i do have a field that is reason for appointment as well as one that has the appointment date. From there i am using a numeric formula field to calculate. I hope this helps! ------------------------------ Hunter Collins ------------------------------ Multiple Condition If/ThenGood Morning! I have an If/Then Statement that I need to have multiple conditions. I want the find the date between two appointments. Both Appointment dates are listed in the field [appointment date] however there are different appointment types attached to those dates. I am trying to find the date range between new patient appointments and ultrasounds. These are labeled as "NEW PATIENT" and "US IN MAP." Here is my current formula that is not working. If([REASON FOR VISIT]="NEW PATIENT", [REASON FOR VISIT]="US IN MAP", abs(todays([APPOINTMENT DATE]-[APPOINTMENT DATE])), null, null) All help is appreciated, thank you! ------------------------------ Hunter Collins ------------------------------ Re: Displaying data from an unrelated tableRe: Displaying data from an unrelated tableEverything is working beautifully except the formula to convert to vertical list. Am I putting it in the wrong place? ------------------------------ Hunter Collins ------------------------------ Re: Displaying data from an unrelated tableThank you so much! ------------------------------ Hunter Collins ------------------------------ Displaying data from an unrelated tableI currently have a parent table "patients" with two child tables, "procedure authorization" and "appointments." These two child tables are only related through their shared parent table but I want to display appointment information on my procedure authorization table. I currently have a report link connecting the two, but this does not work for me, as I need to be able to at a glance see the appointment without having to click on a link. Is there any way to do this? I really appreciate the help, as this solution is eluding me. -Hunter ------------------------------ Hunter Collins ------------------------------ Daily Tasks ReoccurringHello Everyone, This might seem like a simple question, but I would like to have a set of tasks due every day that can be completed, so I can see what work has been finished for the day. This is not something I want to have to continually be assigning with set due dates, rather an automated system. Think of it as 'every Tuesday from here on out I want a task that says do X that can be completed.' I feel like Im missing an easy answer here. All help is appreciated, thank you so much! -Hunter ------------------------------ Hunter Collins ------------------------------ Re: Map ReportThank you! ------------------------------ Hunter Collins ------------------------------ Map ReportI would love to use a map report to see how many clients come from each zip code, but currently the map will only show the first 100 clients. Is there a workaround for this where I could have each pin represent 50 clients? Or even just have one pin per zip code and hovering over will show the number of clients? I would really love to be able to have a visual element for this data, and my current summary report is long and clunky. Thank you so much! ------------------------------ Hunter Collins ------------------------------
