Here's the formula I'm using to create the Service Address: URLRoot() & "db/" & [_DBID_SERVICE_ADDRESS] & "?a=API_GenAddRecordForm&_fid_24=" & URLEncode ([Record ID#]) & "&_fid_35=" & URLEncode ([Billing Address: Street 1]) & "&_fid_36=" & URLEncode ([Billing Address: Street 2]) & "&_fid_37=" & URLEncode ([Billing Address: City]) & "&_fid_38=" & URLEncode ([Billing Address: State/Region]) & "&_fid_39=" & URLEncode ([Billing Address: Postal Code]) & "&z=" & Rurl() The "Service Address" field in the Service Address Table is fid 34, so Street 1 is 35, Street 2 is 36, etc. Have others gotten this to work for them? Re: Can duplicate entries be highlighted in a report? Here's the formula I added to indicate that there are duplicate equipment assignments for a job. This will notify the users of duplicates equipment assignments for the same job record but not across all job records. I have a jobs table and and each job can have assigned operators and equipment. The equipment has a unique identifier that can be used to determine whether a duplicate entry is present, but I can't figure out the formula. The attachment shows a example of the assigned equipment for a job. The same piece of equipment has been assigned 3 times, and I want to highlight the duplicate rows. Thanks, Jim That functionality is not enabled for mobileWhen trying to add a new site location to a related company in mobile QuickBase, I select <Add a new site...> from the drop down list, but then I receive the error message that this functionality is not enabled for mobile (see the attached screen shot). Has anyone else experienced this? If so, are there workarounds? Thanks, Jim
