The two options are: Recipient: Emails sent to users with accesshelp me choose... Open: Emails sent openly to anyone However, if wanting to switch from one to the other for a pre-existing notification build, it's not possible. The user/admin would have to delete the pre-existing notification and create a new notification in order to make a Permission type setting change from Recipient to Open, or vice versa. I've inquired with the Care Team on this as well to ensure I wasn't missing an editable functionality of this feature. Anyone in the community with more knowledge on why this native limitation is this way, or if they've inquired with QB solutions team about it in the past..? Thank you! The field is called: {Add Similar Project}. However, when the field function is executed, it had previously allowed the user to rename the new "Child" project as whatever name they wanted to designate - via a new pop up window. Then it would complete the copy/over function and replicate the parent project to the new child, but under the newly named record as specified by the user. But - now it's no longer functioning that way with the new name allowed to be entered in the pop up window. Instead, it provides a pull down list of all current and previously existing "Template" project records on a Template Report we have created, and asks the user to pick from one of those template names as the new record name for the copy-over from parent to child record. This ultimately causes two duplicate "template" type project records to exist, the parent and the new one created under the same name - being "forced" on the drop down selection of recursive copy function window. /tools/copyParentChildren.html a=dbpage&dbid=bk9txi273&namefid=16&pagename=copyParentChildren.html&rid=697 The above is the specific link that is related to my recursive copy window popping up, when the formula field {Add Similar Project} is activated. What needs to be changed or tweaked on the URL Formula structure for this field, in order to eliminate the forced drop down selector and allow for a free-format text "naming" of the new {child} record which is being created with the copy-into..? I've taken this to QB Support as well - but since it's not part of strict native structure, there was nothing which could be advised by them. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated! My name is Chris and I've been utilizing QB for apps management, planning, and administration for 6 months now, since moving into a new analyst role. I work for Johnson & Johnson in the Medical Device division - MD Labeling Group. We leverage QB in a number of ways to manage labeling and IFU (Instructions for Use) projects, track timelines, resource workload management, task management by milestones - achieved, and for metrics analyzation/presentation. I'm looking to get further planning and app connectivity guidance/tips out of future information sessions, webinars, and AMA's / open discussions. Looking forward to future discussions and trainings down the road! The biggest challenges I have tackled in my career have been delivering measurable business benefits from the initiatives I've managed. That's why I wanted to join Quandary: its track record for doing that aided by QB. 2. If I could snap my fingers right now and suddenly have a skill mastered I would be a better painter in acrylics and oils: art is my passion! 3. I am really interested to build out my skills more when it comes to reporting, dashboards, and email. ------------------------------ Carol Abbott ------------------------------ Re: Getting Started Hi Evan, Ok sounds great - thank you...
