Can I get this calculation to start based upon the status of a field? E.g., Field = Support Ticket Type: SAM Support, if SAM support is selected then the Total Hours field starts. This is the formula I have for the time calculation: var timeofday DayStartTime = ToTimeOfDay("8:30 am"); var timeofday DayEndTime = ToTimeOfDay("5:00 pm"); var DateTime StartDateTime = Max([HCS Support Start Date], ToTimestamp(ToDate([HCS Support Start Date]), $DayStartTime)); var DateTime EndDateTimeTesting = If(IsNull([Approx Completion Date]), Now() ,[Approx Completion Date]); var DateTime EndDateTime = Min($EndDateTimeTesting, ToTimestamp(ToDate($EndDateTimeTesting), $DayEndTime)); var Number WeekDayDays = WeekdaySub(ToDate($EndDateTime), ToDate($StartDateTime)) + 1; //(we count each day as a full workday) var number HoursBeforeStartEndAdjustment = $WeekDayDays * ToHours($DayEndTime - $DayStartTime); var datetime StartDateTimeBounded = If(ToTimeOfDay($StartDateTime) < $DayStartTime, ToTimestamp(ToDate($StartDateTime), $DayStartTime), $StartDateTime); var datetime EndDateTimeBounded = If(ToTimeOfDay($EndDateTime) > $DayEndTime, ToTimestamp(ToDate($EndDateTime), $DayEndTime), $EndDateTime); Max(0, Round($HoursBeforeStartEndAdjustment - Max(0,ToHours(ToTimeOfDay($StartDateTimeBounded) - $DayStartTime)) - Max(0,ToHours($DayEndTime - ToTimeOfDay($EndDateTimeBounded))),0.1)) I think this is an Automation but I cannot get it to select Total Hours as an Action. That did it. ------------------------------ Jaime Jaime ------------------------------ Lookup Field to a CheckboxIs it possible to have a lookup field in one table lookup to a checkbox in another table. If the checkbox is checked, the lookup field would show a value, if not stay blank? TIA ------------------------------ Jaime Jaime ------------------------------ Re: Pushing data from one table to multiple tablesHi Evan, Thank you. I think I see the path now. ------------------------------ Jaime Jaime ------------------------------ Pushing data from one table to multiple tablesI would like to be able to have a weblink to a form. Once the form is completed and submitted, those fields would populate on my main table. The catch is, if the form contains one type of data it goes from my main table to another table specific to that information and if the form contains another type of data it goes from my main table to a different table. Is this possible? TIA ------------------------------ Jaime Jaime ------------------------------ Re: Total XML Element Count Exceeded. Hi Evan, I only get the message when I try to save. I spoke with Kris through a support ticket and it seems I have hit a size limitation. It is a rather large table with over 2k fields, alternate text, and a few hundred dynamic form rules. My solution is to eliminate some fields so I can utilize the ones I definitely need. Thanks. All the fields are created that I need but when I was formatting the form in the correct order I got the following message. Any ideas? TIA. Form not saved. Works like a charm. Thank you so much for all of your help. ------------------------------ Jaime Jaime ------------------------------ Re: Combining multiple Pages to One for a Single ReportHi Mark, I've been pretty busy lately but just back to working on this. Everything works well as far as returning information into a single report. I just need help with the formatting a bit please. For example, I have a project with 6 Phases and thanks to your formula those show up in a vertical format. However, the Phase Status only shows the three statuses, Active, Completed, and Inactive. Is there a way to line up the correct status with the correct Phase? Thanks! ------------------------------ Jaime Jaime ------------------------------ Re: Combining multiple Pages to One for a Single ReportHi Mark, sorry I have not been able to get back to the project. I'll keep working through it and let you know how it goes. Thanks! ------------------------------ Jaime Jaime ------------------------------
