I also found some other instances where I can use the URL formula you gave me. I really appreciate your help Chayce.Re: Need to toggle between formsIt would be really slick if the button could be on the dashboard - click for English or click for FrenchRe: Need to toggle between formsMakes sense but it is not taking the[_TABLE_DBID] in the formula. It is saying it is not identified. Do I use the table id? like ggttfzrxy?a=q&qid=22?aNeed to toggle between formsI have two forms for the same table. One is in English the other in French. Both forms enter the same information in the same fields in the table it is just that one has the questions in English and the other in French. I was doing the switch between the two based on the role. I had a French Branch role that defaulted to the French form. However I now need to set up an Everyone on the Internet user so many others can log in BUT I need some sort of URL button or something that when the click on it they go to the French Form. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Can you filter for a field that is blank in an automation? My daily automation triggers when a record has not been updated for 5 work days. It adds the key field to the child record creating a new record there. That seems to work fine. Once that record is createdI have a modify automation action where if a multiple choice field has nothing in it than it changes that record to a specific choice in the drop down..That sees to work fine EXCEPT the filter (the Current Status is Equal to The Value and I leave the next box blank) is not working properly. It is picking up and changing that field even if it was not blank. Does the automation filter not recognize it when I leave it blank? Do I need to add a formula? Thanks for any help you can give me. PS is there a way to test a daily run without having to wait until the next day to see if it worked properly?Re: How do I retain the leading 0 in a formula field coming from a date field?Outstanding! That did it! Thank you so much.Re: How do I retain the leading 0 in a formula field coming from a date field?Nope - still loose the leading 0 for the Month entry but thanks so much for trying. How do I retain the leading 0 in a formula field coming from a date field?I have an Invoice date field but i need to create a new field where the date comes out as YYYY-MM. I started withYear([Invoice Date])&"-"&Month([Invoice Date]) but the Month does not retain the leading 0 so sorting on reports does not work, Next I triedvar number YYYY = Year([Invoice Date]);var number MM = Month([Invoice Date]);(ToText($YYYY)) & "-" & (ToText($MM)) - same problem. Finally I found this formula in another post but it has errors in it.var text YYYY = Year([Invoice Date:]);var text MM = right("0" & ToText(Month([Invoice Date:]),2);$YYYY & "-" & $MM) Can anyone help me with a solution?
