I am wanting to have a table with all are inventory items about 30 items total that we will be updated manually as we restock inventory. But I am also wanting another table that can link back to it that employees can use to create an inventory pull form showing the item they took and how many and then remove that number from the main inventory table, so we know what we have in stock at all times. Im looking for some suggestions and help on how this can be done with linking them to show updated numbers as we pull items. ------------------------------ Matthew Jones ------------------------------ Re: Past due check box FormulaI have 1 more question on this, if i wanted this to alert 30 days out instead of on today how would i change the string? var text MMC = If(Today()>[MMC EXP],"<span style='font-size: 12pt; text-align: right; color: Red'>MMC.</span>",""); ------------------------------ Matthew Jones ------------------------------ Re: Past due check box FormulaThanks for the help, everything is working. I liked the 2 one you did that showed the bad cert went that direction on it. ------------------------------ Matthew Jones ------------------------------ Re: Past due check box FormulaGood morning, I am wanting a single checkbox that is checked if any of them is expired. Thanks ------------------------------ Matthew Jones ------------------------------ Past due check box FormulaGood afternoon, I'm trying to find a way to do a check box formula to make a check box be checked if a date is past due. So I have a certification table that has the employee certification and expiration dates and I am wanting some sort of visual check box to check if one of them is past due. Im wanting it to look at all the dates also. see screen shot below ------------------------------ Matthew Jones ------------------------------Re: Over time Rule to Separate hours based on Pay typeI sent you over a email to connect. Thanks ------------------------------ Matthew Jones ------------------------------ Re: Over time Rule to Separate hours based on Pay typeYa that is my issue we have to have the other pay code types because of the industry we are in we have to be able to track and break it down. If it was one over time code the fix you gave me this morning works great but now i have to bucket it out and that' is where I'm banging my head on the wall. ------------------------------ Matthew Jones ------------------------------ Re: Over time Rule to Separate hours based on Pay typeMike that is correct all buckets / Pay types trigger the overtime rule. So they would all need to be grouped so when the 40 hour mark is hit it would know where to send the hours for each pay type after the 40 hour mark. So if you have 20 hours Regular, 10 hours training, and 10 hours non billable, that is 40 total hours and say I have another 5 hours of Regular time and 5 hours of training time for a total of 50 hours 5 hours of Regular time would go to regular over time bucketand 5 hours of training time would go to training over time bucket. ------------------------------ Matthew Jones ------------------------------ Re: Over time Rule to Separate hours based on Pay typeMark, So i would do it for each pay type? If i did that how would it know the other pay types hours if they are not grouped? Or am i looking at it the wrong way? ------------------------------ Matthew Jones ------------------------------ Re: Over time Rule to Separate hours based on Pay typeRight now it is calculated with the fields and formula i posted about using the 3 fields. But yes everything has a date on it, see screen shot below of the time card itself. Right now it is adding it all together and then when it hits 40 it rolls over to the overtime field but im lost on how to separate it into the other over time fields, but it would run like a normal time card and when 40 hours is hit it will start to move everything over time overtime bucket for that pay type. ------------------------------ Matthew Jones ------------------------------
